Portable ultrasonic flow meter is very suitable when used by the engineer to determine the water flow in a pipe flow without having to cut or perforate the pipe.
SL1168P portable ultrasonic flow meter can be used to measure water flow in pipes up to 40-inch pipe size, the type of pipe can be of carbon steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, pvc pipe, pipe or other plumbing galvanize.
Portable ultrasonic flow meter can also be used to measure liquids other than water, such as solar, sea water, chemical, oil, and other liquids. Portable ultrasonic flow meter is also equipped with a card to store data that can be down loaded to a computer using a card reader
The model SL1168P portable handheld ultrasonic flow meter (here-in after referred to as SL1168P) is a true state-of-the-art transit-time flow meter designed using the latest digital technology and intelligent self-correcting sonic transmission technology and low-voltage broadband pulse transmission. While principally designed for clean liquid applications, the instrument is tolerant of liquids with the small amounts of air bubbles or suspended solids found in most industrial environments.
